Tumblr is a microblogging and social networking site that empowers users to create and customize their own blog pages, share short-form blog posts and multimedia content, and engage in an online community. Popular with teenagers, Tumblr peaked in the early 2010’. Barack Obama even had his own Tumblr to help promote his 2011 presidential campaign.
