Reels

Reels is an Instagram feature that allows users to create short-form video content and share them on their Reels, Stories, or Feed. Reels are created within the Instagram app, and users can add text, music, filters, and other creative features to help their Reels stand out and become more engaging. Unlike Instagram Stories, Reels don’t disappear after 24-hours. Reels was launched in 2020 to compete with TikTok.
